Responsible for all “Brownfield” construction, maintenance and erection activities for a new wind energy services manufacturing process facility. Assembled an on site organization to manage the Logistics, Quality, Facilities and Production in addition to a Wind Turbine Blade removal and installation activities at remote Wind Energy power plants.
Accomplishments
• Recruited and hired a world class leadership team to manage the entirety of all construction, production logistics and installation activities.
• Improved the supply chain performance of the site 3PL by educating them on supply chain material flow techniques related to the sites requirements.
