Manufacture Industrial High Temperature Furnace Systems. Duties include
setting up a quality system where one did not exist before. This includes
Receiving Inspection, Material Review Board (MRB), ECO change control,
Corrective Action Program, Returned Goods Inspection & Review, and writing the
Quality Manual for the company and the procedures & instructions needed to
support it. In 2002, began to implement a process by which one of the furnace
product line's (APCVD) fabricated, purchased, and free issue parts and
assemblies are assembled into production kits and issued to the production
assembly teams. This would be considered a MRP material handling/ flow
position within the inventory control group. Also volunteered to become the full
time Safety Officer for the company. This includes setting up an employee
training program, keeping an OSHA 300 log and posting it once a year. Also
setting up the Emergency Response Team (ERT) for the company. Also handling

Manufacture of High End Computer Equipment. Duties include completely setting
up a quality program within the company after a 5 year absence. Setting up a
Material Review Board (MRB), updating their Quality Manual, integrating
inspection to a newly formed production line, and working with customer's quality
organizations inresolving issues. Also hiring an Inspection team to support the
quality effortand adopting ISO9000 techniques. Also running Customer RMA
(Returned Goods) department.
Update 5/23/99: Assigned task of getting our products on Intel Web Site, Server
Platform section. Task assigned 11/98. Currently have 12 products on 1 site and
3 products on another that have passed Intel's Thermal Testing program. Also
assigned task of writing Installation Instructions for our products. 2 instructions
currently written. Also taking digital pictures of products for our own web site
upgrade. Using Microsoft Office 98 software in a Windows NT enviroment to
accomplish tasks.

Service Vendors to achieve 98% or better Quality Rating for Sieger Engineering.
Develop and maintain MRB area. Develop organizational flowcharts as well as
process flowcharts and creating ISO 9000 work procedures for all departments.
Development and implementation of SPC controls for shop.
