- Responsible for all financial, operational and legal activities of growth stage commercial software (C) corporation. Quickly installed the systems, processes and controls needed to improve investor credibility in corporate financial records. Successfully completed three annual (external) audits without deficiency. Company is now in compliance with all financial reporting and accounting standards as prospective public corporation.
- Completed $11,600,000 in equity rounds to grow company to the next level; involving equity stock recapitalizations, conversions of bridge notes to equity, issuance and subsequent re-sale of preferred equity to outside institutional investors. Responsible for all due diligence and financial reporting required to support private and venture capital investments by 16 different funds, including prospectus equity, bridge loan and venture debt instruments.
