Responsible for creating entire new distribution network through appointing distributors, channel partners and company depot at Kampala for its new brand for consumer pack, started with zero and now on 500mt sales of edible oil and 200mt for animal feed in local and export market within the time of 8 months, with the sales staff of 9 area sales in charge with one depot supervisor.

Worked with Wilmar Bidco Uganda Limited as a Regional Regional Head (Sales & Distribution) based at Jinja UGANDA. Looking after entire Uganda area reporting to Managing Director. Bidco is Joint Venture between Wilmer and Bidco. Handling sales of 9000 MT/PM (Oil & Soap).

Enjoying turnover more than 6000 crore with brands like NUTRELA VANASPATI, SOYUMM SOYABEN OIL, SUNRICH SUNFLOWER OIL - Ruchi is having more than 10 refinery all across the India as well as more than 25 refinery has taken an lease.
