I write all the CMM programs using PC-DMIS. I use Math Data, (CATIA, IGES and others), to ensure that I write the programs to the best specifications. I have worked on 165 new product launches with customers - Ford, GM, Nisan and Honda, just to name a few. Check all gage-fixtures that are used in the plant for production and all new one coming in the plant. I do gage R&Rs to show how stable and repeatable the gages are.
I trouble shoot parts that the external customers have problems with, ect.
