Culinary Tech Center provides hands on 4 and half months training to give special attention to the practical side of commercial cooking and catering. Trained for careers in restaurants, food service departments of corporations and health related institutions, as well as in the rapidly expanding fields catering. Participated in mock Iron Chef Competition, Open House, learned how to interpret recipes, how to apply different spices and seasoning.
