 Oversee multiple remodeling and new construction projects, primarily focusing on healthcare and commercial buildings. Serve as primarily client liaison throughout project.

 Work with clients to determine needs, prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and cost estimates. Determine project scope and feasibility. Perform scheduling and arrange construction team. Manage entire bid and approval process. Provide design conceptualization and value engineering.
