Job Description:

- Hold the Role as Project / Field Engineer in executing Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Specialty Services.

- Develop Drawings, Design and Layout using MS Visio software.

- Develop Project Documents (Method Statements, Procedure, Inspection & Test Plan, QHSSE Plan, JSA, Risk Assessment, Acceptance Certificates).

- Set-up and Function Test Equipments prior to Mobilization.

- Source-Out and Specification of Materials Required for the Project.

- Visual inspections for defects in the weld such as cracks and pits after the fabrication of temporary pipework and pig launcher and receiver.

- Witness/inspect 3rd party job execution before, during and after the completion of work including execution of all test requirements such as hydrostatic test, vacuum test, pneumatic test, Load test and Non-Destructive Test (MT, PT,) and evaluate test results.

- Liaise/Witness with 3rd Party for Certification of Project Resources (Instruments, Hoses, Valves & Fittings and pipework).

- Liaise with Logistic Company for Export and Re-Export of Project Resources (Mobilization & De-Mobilization).

- Attend to Site Visits, Kick-Off Meeting, Safety Meetings, Tool Box Talk.

- Prepare and Compile Field Paperwork for the Operation Undertaken, Prepare Technical Closeout Report.

- Preparation and review of Tender Documents.
