Director of Real Estate
Management of personnel, budget, facilities, property life cycles, leasing, risk management and community relations for approximately 5,100 owned and leased properties, including: acquisition and disposition of all properties, transportation right-of-way acquisition and relocation corridor projects, historic building restoration and preservation and appraisal processes.
Responsible for the management and maintenance of a $12 million department budget.
Accountable for asset management for over $500 million worth of property inventory.
Responsible for the re-organization of this department resulting in a 70% increase in productivity while reducing budgetary expenditures by 50%.

Facilities Management Leasing/Property and Building Coordinator
Management of personnel, budget, facilities, property life cycles, leasing, risk management and community relations for approximately Pima County’s 5 million square feet of owned and leased properties, including: judicial court buildings, office, correctional, retail, medical, central plant and telecommunications facilities with a staff of approximately 125 people.
Accountable for the creation and administration of a 4 million dollar annual budget.
Responsible for request for proposals, lease and contract development, legal applicability, lease/contract negotiations, execution, and administration.
Responsible for site selection, project design and construction management, and architectural/engineering/space planning.
Responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of computer programs for the tracking of and management for facilities and lease administration.
