• Monitors overall cleanliness, habitability and operation of VOQ complexes.

• Visited and inspected all unoccupied rooms on a daily basis for cleanliness and damages prior to offering for resident’s occupancy.

• Communicate with Navy Facilities and Contractors for planning of building major renovations and make recommendations as needed.
