Head of a Community Outreach Program
1. Mentoring 5th and 6th grade students in a low income, gang influenced neighborhood. Set up meetings with the classes and spoke about topics they could relate too and that would assist them in dealing with their surroundings.
2. Held group discussions with senior citizens in a nursing rehabilitation facility. Spent time in a group environment with residents that did not have visitors and held discussions on many different topics.
