Professional aerospace NC programmer / Engineer with over 25+ years of experience in producing complex 3,4, & 5-axis NC Programs for the aerospace industry, Commercial and Military.
Dedicated to creating high quality, Cost effective, Optimized
NC programs that will realize the greatest return on investment
for the company by optimizing Programming and Engineering tasks at the front end of a project so as to ensure a high percentage of first pass yield for the part in Procedure, Machining process and ultimately quality.

1. Involved in NC Programming, Designing and Engineering projects utilizing 20+ years experience to conceptually prepare, Part modeling, Tooling and NC programs to build aerospace components from inception to completion.
2. 25 years experience using the NCL 5-axis platform. 6+ yrs. using Catia V5R14-R19 to program complex aerospace parts for 3,4, & 5-axis machines such as 100 foot SNK and Cincinnati Milacron 5-axis gantries to the smaller 3,4 & 5-axis high speed 4-axis Makinos, Okumas, Okk's, Cincinnati's, Baby gantries, 5-axis Hass machining centers,Ingersol rand routers,G&L bed machines,Mazak machining centers 3 & 4 axis et. al.
4. 15 years experience using Cg-Techs Vericut to perform necessary tasks of quality checking NC program. Currently using the windows version 7.03
5. Part programming history includes engineering and programming of British Aerospace main landing gear (gear rib), Boeing C-17 stringers, 737-757 stringers, Boeing helicopter project including the 609 vertical takeoff, Titanium bulkhead for advanced tactical fighter (Northrop), Bae box ribs, Boeing empanage ribs, C-17 Big Bones ribs, F-18 structures, Lockheed Black Box project, C141 center box ribs, C-5 & C-130 panels,Tr1 spy plane panels, Kawasaki ribs.

2. Oct. 2007 - May 2008 - Contract NC Programming and Engineering for Compucraft in Santee CA. using Catia V5R18, NCL Ver. 9.5, Vericut 6.2.
3. Oct. 2006 - June 2007 - Contract NC Programming and Engineering for BTL Machine IN Corona Ca. using Catia V5R18, NCL Ver. 9.5, Vericut 6.01.
4. Mar. 1 2002 - 2006 Working various Nc Programming, Tool Design, Engineering projects as
an independent contractor using NCL, Catia and Vericut.
5. Nov 14.- 2001 to Feb. 22 2002 - Camtech Corp. Irvine Ca. Predominate work included highly complex flir pods (forward looking infared pods) for target interception and troop
surveillance. Duties included conceptualizing the complete part process through tool design using solid works software to the NC programming using the Ncl 5-axis platform. NC Programs ran on Mistui Seiki 4 & 5 axis high speed machines holding part tolerances of .0002. (Contract employee)

Senior Nc programmer using Ncl (Ver.-9+), Camax (Ver.-14.0), Cadkey-97,
Pc apt, Vericut (Ver.4.1-5.2), Nc Verify (Ver. 99). Other supporting
software packages include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Et. Al.
Duties include all aspects of a structured professional aerospace
environment in support of small to large 3,4 & 5-axis machining
centers. Worked in the engineering department multi-tasking
large commercial and military aircraft projects which involve
bidding, engineering, tool design, part and fixture programming.
Part sizes ranged from 3 ft. to over 100 ft. in size and with
various materials such as titanium and a variety of tempered aluminums.
Programmed parts from plate stock, hand forgings, die forgings and
extrusions.
7. 1983-1987 - M & M Machine and Tool. Huntington Beach Ca.
Senior Nc programmer using the Geopath system. Duties included part
engineering, planning, Fixture design part and fixture programming.
Programmed 3 & 4 axis machining centers.
8. 1981-1983 - Numeric Micro (Geopath) Mission Viejo Ca.
Worked as an application engineer. Duties included installing and teaching the
Geopath Nc programming system, Problem solving, Programming, Training and system demonstrations which included operating booths at Westec.
9. 1979-1981 - CC Industries 428 Berry Way Brea Ca.
Worked as an Nc machinist for 1 year and transferred to Nc programmer
trainee using the Numeric Micro Geopath system. Duties included: Charge over the newly created Nc machining department as Senior programmer.

Worked as a machinist at various aerospace companies, Especially in
the area of wind tunnel models. Companies of employment
include Contour model Inc., Development Sciences Inc. (model shop),
Tri Model, Canon USA, Et. Al.
