- take dictation and transcribe

- assisting the designates in the timely management of all communication, both written and e-mail

- Review, route and follow-up all incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Preparing agendas and maintaining extensive office files

- Arranging for and schedule appointments as requested; supervising the preparation of materials for meetings as appropriate ie – cafeteria arrangements- refreshments/bouquets/gifts etc.
