• Led implementation of multiple products including multi-channel delivery to customers. Leveraged strength in credit and increased small business credit exposure 25% within first year.

Planned and led bank’s Internet evolution. Developed the online business model, led ebusiness development of online products and services, and coordinated internal and vendor project teams. Led several initiatives to enhance sales, finance, customer service, operations, and support services. Managed implementation of Fleet’s Small Business Banking business model by providing leadership to finance, operations, technology, marketing, sales, risk management and human resources.
• Established strategies, business plans, financial and project management and technology plans for Fleet’s 430K customers within two distinct segments grossing >$900 million in annual revenues.
Chief Operating Officer: Commercial Banking Division, Global Financial Services
Oversaw six national and international business units (Global Trade, Cash Management, London Branch, International Financial Institution’s and Multinational Lending, and Consumer Asset Finance) generating $315 million in total revenues. Coordinated strategic planning, finance, sales/marketing, operations/technology, risk and finance business owners.
• Developed and implemented strategy that delivered average 12% net income growth annually.
Director: Wholesale Bank and Chief of Staff to the Vice-Chairman
Promoted into senior management and held dual roles. As Director, oversaw strategic planning for Wholesale Bank through a team of six executives. As Chief of Staff, managed the Vice-Chairman’s office administration and operations. Managed a diverse range of global business, technology and staffing projects worldwide and performed due diligence on several acquisitions.
