Working as LEGAL SECRETARY in TVK Murthy & Associates, a Private Law Firm in Hyderabad, India from 1996 to till date, except the period of gulf experience.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Manage all administrative tasks for senior attorneys
Schedule all appointments of busy attorneys
Attending phone calls and act as liaison between clients and attorneys
Checking of E-mails and to give reply to the E-mails
Compose and revise high volume of legal documents for attorneys including letters, affidavits and correspondence.
Ensure legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply with deadlines
Fax, photo copying, mailing and filing of electronic copy
Organized and reviewed all files, manage office/legal inventory, monitored document production
Proof read of all work, checking for spelling and grammar
Legal research and latest decisions through internet
Other assigned secretarial duties from time to time.
