Objective:
I am an expert in providing written and spoken translation of Arabic and interpretation of highly sensitive material in support of Multi-National Forces Intelligence (MNFI) operations. I am acutely attuned to Arab cultural nuances and customs. I possess superior interpretation and interviewing skills and have successfully operated under extraordinarily hazardous conditions since 2003.

Category III Linguist assigned to Strategic Counterintelligence Directorate (SCID) Basrah, Iraq. One of very few linguists to attain highest Category III status. Sole permanent linguist assigned to SCID Basrah, Iraq. Top Secret (SCI) security clearance with CI polygraph and access to other MNFI programs. Interview translation, news media translation and analysis, travel route analysis, and cultural liaison in support of U.S. Department of Defense and Department of State activities within Iraq.
Specific accomplishments include:
Participated in screening potential Iraqi government officials.
Provided linguist and cultural support in meetings with Iraqi government officials.
Trained U.S. forces in the Middle Eastern culture.
Recipient of several governmental and professional commendations (available upon request).
Granted a certificate for the Top Linguist of Southern Iraq by L-3.
Received an Award for the Interpreter of the Quarter by SCID Headquarters, Baghdad, Iraq.
