Responsible for sales team lead generation including by cold-calling, follow-up sales calls, financial underwriting on subject and comparable properties, property condition reports and private offering memorandum creation to generate Letters of Intents. Cameron's accomplishments selling include generating a record $120m Hagerstown portfolio in a recession. Among his sales accomplishments Cameron sold two Hagerstown assets totaling $28.5M, immediately followed by a $120mm portfolio of 1,000 units. This transaction helped IRG rank #2 out of all commercial Mid-Atlantic apartment brokers, resulting in a 2008, 2009, and 2010 "Top Broker" award from Costar. in 2011, Cameron’s sales listing generated an offer $10m over the highest bidder recording the highest sale per unit in Greenbelt, Maryland.

• Integral sales team (14 member) lead generation responsibilities, with reports directly to the company President

• Preparing, meeting and presenting (against competitors) to high net worth individuals and institutional investors with sales offering memorandum to generate Letter of Intents

• Negotiated Letter of Intents, closing contracts and due diligence between “sellers” and “buyers”
