Accomplishments include:
Enhanced death claim process to include more compassion and efficiency. I developed an information packet that
was distributed to grieving families which included a process description and checklist, the death claim
application, brochures dealing with grief, and a sympathy card personally signed by all employees of the agency.
As a result, I was promoted and became the agency’s primary contact for processing death claims.
