• Managed all aspects of the design and construction process for large, mixed-use parking systems and transportation facilities, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding/negotiation and construction administration phases.

• Designed parking layouts and circulation systems for complex multi-level parking structures.

• Performed space planning, master planning and functional consulting for parking facilities.

• Designed signage and graphics for vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding in parking facilities.

• Responsible for following the requirements of federal codes and local zoning ordinances and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• Responsible for producing AutoCAD drawings, writing reports, and giving PowerPoint presentations.
