• Managed the design, improvement, and installation of integrated systems of people, materials, and equipment in the finishing, warehousing, shipping, customer service and materials handling functions across the Domtar Specialty Fine Paper Division – 4 paper mills, 3 distribution centers, budget of 200M, 350-400 employees
• Instructed the product knowledge course for Domtar’s customers, and their customers ie printers
• Managed project and implemented out-sourcing converting for several mills - manufacturing cost reduction 8%
• Developed and standardized packaging standards division wide
• Assisted in the installation of equipment, training of personnel, and the startup of a totally automated finishing department
• Managed project and coordinated the installation of a folio sheeter, cut size sheeter, roll wrapping line, and an automated storage and retrieval system with automated guided vehicles

24 hour/day operation
