o Participated as a team member for Reimage Process Focus Group. Efforts resulted in enhancements and clarification of these processes. Recognized with a KPMG Encore Award for my efforts.
o Secondary contact for OGC in the Los Angeles office to collect and preserve data from terminated employees. Tasks involved updating internal tracking asset application to verify equipment serial numbers and update status of hardware. Packaged and ship requested harddrives to drive collection center.
o Participated in various OS rollouts. Deployed Vista Enterprise on Audit clients to be able to run EAudit application.
o Served as primary contact for all new-hire on-boarding activities including ordering new systems and imaging the laptops.
o Coordinated with Firmwide Purchasing the timely ordering and delivery of all hardware/software for Los Angeles and Woodland Hills offices.
o Assisted HR dept in resolving all new-hire IT issues and requests. Lead or assisted the On-Boarding Technology presentation for new hires.
o Primary contact for all salvage computers, monitors and printers. Tasks involved working with Red Rover to coordinate disposal schedule and maintained a inventory database detailing all salvaged hardware.
