Evolved from a holding company into a Mortgage Lender Business under F.S.§ 494 in 2003 with over 125 commercial bridge loans processed to builders, rehabbers, and other clients, serving all loans in-house. Operations changed in 2006 to management of current assets.

Caribbean Computer Exports (CCE)/Latin Trading Group (LTG), Jensen Beach, Florida (1988 - 1993)

Vice-president of Sales

Started, organized, and led Apple Computer Latin America’s sales operations in the Caribbean, as well as Latin, Central and South America, including Bermuda. Provided extensive training of the respective sales forces, reseller principals, and management. Yearly operations expanded from less than five to over $76 million. Introduced Apple to various new strategic markets, including Brazil. Also managed peripheral and accessories sales into the territory under a separate entity.

Established first Apple Computer dealer in country with multiple locations. Recognized as best and most outstanding dealer by regional distributor in 1987.

Responsible for purchasing and importing about 200,000 metric tons yearly of raw materials, including chartering of vessels, for a large dry bulk blending fertilizer plant. Managed relationships with suppliers as well as direct responsibilities for export sales.
