Project Manager

Driving innovation and efficiencies into the US and Virginia economies through consulting, mentoring, and teaching Virginia Enterprises to meet and exceed the demands of a fast moving, global economy. Provide one-on-one consulting, executive group facilitation and formal programs to improve business conditions, solve problems, and create improved throughput using Lean Enterprise principles, both in Manufacturing and Administrative departments. Managed day-to-day procurement for over $200 million of purchased and inventoried goods and special projects.

 Successfully implemented the SAP Track B and MA Systems’ “PipeChain” business management system.

 Led effort to reduce global procurement costs and complexities through regional re-sourcing of highly sophisticated, electronics components.

Project Manager and Purchasing Manager – Node Production Center (NPC)

Chosen as the Lead Project Manager for Global Inventory Consolidation for TDMA, CDMA, and DBO products. Initiated, planned, managed, and closed the largest project ever undertaken by Ericsson. Managed all purchasing activity and global sourcing for the Center, including negotiating comprehensive agreements for items to “be returned for credit” and new DPA (Delivery Performance Agreements) with long term Ericsson vendors.

 Reduced global inventories by over $55 million with no scrapped materials.

 Achieved greater transparency and improved write-off management by consolidating global data.

Spearheaded purchasing, pre-production engineering, production/inventory control, materials, and logistics.
