Project Manager and Purchasing Manager – Node Production Center (NPC)
Chosen as the Lead Project Manager for Global Inventory Consolidation for TDMA, CDMA, and DBO products. Initiated, planned, managed, and closed the largest project ever undertaken by Ericsson. Managed all purchasing activity and global sourcing for the Center, including negotiating comprehensive agreements for items to “be returned for credit” and new DPA (Delivery Performance Agreements) with long term Ericsson vendors.
