Projects handled - Port & Harbour Projects:

1. Detailed design of foundation and superstructure for Sportking Factory

Phase-II, Bhatinda, Punjab. The factory has a columnfree span of 55m.

2. Detailed design drawings of various buildings for Indira Container Terminal at Mumbai Port : Admin Bldg., Substation buildings, Quayside Office, Work

Shop building and other related structures.

3. R.C.C design of foundation and superstructure for Proposed Bio- reactor

Facility Building at Gurgaon for M/S The Energy & Resource Institute.

4. Foundation Design for PEB structure for Paragon Knits Ltd., Uttarakhand.

5. R.C.C design for foundation & superstructure - Admin. Block & canteen Block For SS Foundary Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd.,Surajpur, U.P.

Worked as Manager (Technical) at Nirman Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd., New Delhi.

Projects handled

1. Detailed design, construction drawings of foundation & superstructure for

Main factory Bldg. and other related service buildings for Kals Breweries,

Chennai,& Carrier Wheels, shamli, U.P.

2. Office Bldg. for Fena Pvt. Ltd., Okhla phase-I, New Delhi. & modification work at existing factory at Fena,Surajpur.

3. Residential Complex, Isle, Chandigarh.

4. Effluent Treatment plant at Hazira,Gujarat –involved in analysis & design of various types of tanks (underground & resting on ground required for water treatment)

5. Analysis & RCC Design of UF+RO Building including Chemical House.

6. 3x150 MWatt Thermal power Plant of IPCL at Haldia,West Bengal –

RCC Design of Administrative Block

7. Foundation for PEB structure for new factory for Carrier Wheels, Shamli,U.P.

C. June 2007 to March 2010

Working as Manager (Technical) at Eigen Technical Services (I) Pvt. Ltd.

Projects handled:

1. I.T. Park – Sonipat Rai, A ten storeyed Commercial Complex with extended double basement

2. Building 14, Office Complex for DLF (Delhi Liasion Fund). – 22 storeyed Commercial & Office Complex for the I.T. Sector.

3. Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad – 11 storeyed Commercial Complex for DLF.

4. Dubai Outlet Mall – The first of it’s kind in Dubai spread over an area of

apprx. 1.8 million sq.feet. The super structure including ground and first floor

spanning with a max. of twenty meters will be in steel and sub-structure will

be in concrete. The design will be as per British Codes

5 Logix Blossom County - 9 Residential Towers each 19 storeyed .Involved in

Design of raft and superstructure.

D. Working as Manager (Technical) at W.S.P. (India) Ltd. from May, 2006 to May, 2007.

Projects handled:

1. Palm Beach School: A-21 Storeyed School Building with double basememt at Mumbai. Performed Structural Analysis as a steel structure.

2. Reliance Commercial Complex, at Vikas Puri and at Dwarka. Performed Structural Analysis and presently doing R.C.C. design of raft and superstructure.

E. Worked as a Senior Structural Design Engineer with Qatar Design Consortium C/o SABS Architects and Eggs. Pvt. Ltd. Qutub Plaza, Gurgaon from Jan. 2005 to April 2006.

Projects handle:

1. A Seven Storied Residential Apartment with basement at Old al Ghanim. Performed structural analysis along with design of raft and superstructure.

2. 13 Storeyed HOTEL FLATS at Old Al Hitmi – Performed structural analysis along with design of raft and superstructure with proper coordination with the services.

3. IDCC complex at Abu Humour (A group of 7 church buildings). Performed structural analysis along with design of isolated footings

4. Proposed Private Villas at Darwish Al Darwsh.

5. Individual Villas at old Airport, Al Rayyan and others.

F. Worked as a structural Design Engineer with M/s. C.P. Kukreja Associates, Green Park, New Delhi – 110016 from Nov. 1996 to Jan. 2005.

Projects handled:

1. Vidya Sanskar Vidyalaya, Faridabad-Structural design of Auditorium block.

2. Army Hospital, Delhi Cantt.- Preparation of tender drgs. Along with co-ordination with other services.

3. Eldeco Group Housing (Sylvan View-1 and Sylvan View-2) seven storeyed residential apartments with basement. Performed structural analysis along with design of raft (flat slab) and superstructure.

4. Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences, Shahadra-Academic Block, Diagnostic Block, Psychiatric Block, Neurological Block, Cluster Housing and Utility Block. These hospital blocks were provided with flat slab type of raft foundation.

5. Jagannath Institute of Management Studies, Jaipur – Academic Block and Boys Hostel. Performed structural analysis and provided isolated footings as foundation.

6. Batra Hospital, Tughlakabad, New Block – Design of foundation and superstructure.

7. La Gardenia – UNITECH – 18 Storeyed residential towers with double basements. These towers were provided with pile foundations.

G. Worked as Junior Design Engineer with Consulting Engineering Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. Involved in irrigation design from July 1993 to Sept. 1996.

Nature of Responsibilities:

• Prepare load calculations from structural stability and feasibility

• Analysis and Design as per I.S. & British Code and client-site requirement.

• Check the drawings prepared as per analysis.

• Coordinating with Architect and Other Utilities departments under the guidance of Senior.

• Visiting construction sites for supervision.
