DESIGN EXPERIENCE

• Fourth year Aerospace thesis – 2010-2011

- Intake design of high performance engines for Formula SAE. A 1D/3D coupled analysis of the gas dynamics in intake systems

- Independent design using 1D flow analysis in Ricardo Wave and 3D modelling in SolidWorks

- Working under the supervision of a professor using ANSYS Workbench 12.0 and 3D flow in CFX

• Formula SAE – Race Car Design Team – 2007-2011

- Designed intake system using SolidWorks. Flow Simulation software including Ricardo Wave and Fluent were used for study of flow trajectories and pressure waves inside the plenum. Engine data for various RPM’s was used for transient analysis

- Used Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in CATIA for design and fatigue analysis of front upright component
