• Lead the management and performance of all retail branch operations, Business Banking loan officers, Private Bankers and Treasury Management officers for the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast markets.

• Manage a portfolio of over $137MM in small business and middle market credit

• Introduced a sales platform to the South Florida region, designing, developing and tracking sales performance for the entire retail bank.
