• Analyze and interpret provisions, update and maintain complex oil and gas leases, land contracts (Farmout, Farmin, Operating Agreements, Participating Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Purchase and Sales Agreements, AMI’s, ROW’s, Easements, Surface, Option Agreements, Deeds, Conveyances, Assignments, Abstracts, Permits, Probate documents, etc.) related title documents, units, wells and title curative/issues
