Vendor Development, Vendor Management and Vendor Performance analysis on the regular basis on Sales Margins and fast moving products.

Planning and monitoring warehouse operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold stock, inventory control and monitoring inbound logistics.

Client Relationship Management

Customer Relationship Management including shop-floor interaction with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtain feedback.

Maximizing customer satisfaction matrices by providing pre & post sale assistance and achieving delivery and quality norms.

Handling customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; providing customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues.
