Title: Financial Information Management System.

OBJECTIVE:

The project mainly deals with the automation of the activities performed at Specific Organization.

All the master information is gathered pertaining to the employee working in the organization, Industries to whom the loans are issued.

Different types of loans available are designed and the interest rates applicable are set in the master tables.

1.Customer Module:

This module provides functionalities for customers to register with system, to view loan details, to apply for a loan and to make online payments.

Customers can be individuals or corporate houses.

2. Employee module:

This module allows employees to perform finance related activities.

Employee can view loan details of a customer, accept online payments of loans and generate reports.

3. Administrator Module:

This module provides administrative capabilities.

Administrator can add, delete and edit employee details.

Administrator can manage details of loans such as new categories of loans and interest rates as per organizational policies.

Administrator manages all loan details and customer details.

4. Report Module:

This module allows an administrator to generate various reports with details of employees, customers, loans and payments.

The reports can be used for further reference and auditing purposes.
