Responsible for remodels, additions, repairs, and custom design construction. Maintained construction/service records, while adhering to specific budgets. Supervised sub-contractors for residential and commercial projects in Mississippi and Louisiana. Maintained Building Code compliance and had a working relationship with Building Inspectors, and vendors. Skilled in reading blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting site inspections. Other duties included framing, finishing, caulking, and painting. All work was completed in a timely manner to the satisfaction and plans of the homeowner/ landlord.
