Responsible for remodels, additions, repairs, and custom design construction. Maintained construction/service records, while adhering to specific budgets. Supervised sub-contractors for residential and commercial projects in Mississippi and Louisiana. Maintained Building Code compliance and had a working relationship with Building Inspectors, and vendors. Skilled in reading blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting site inspections. Other duties included framing, finishing, caulking, and painting. All work was completed in a timely manner to the satisfaction and plans of the homeowner/ landlord.

Responsible for the daily operations of the dispatch office, along with managing over thirty drivers and two dispatchers. Was DOT certified and performed inspections every 30 days on trucks and trailers to guarantee compliance with DOT specifications. Responsible for reviewing accident and safety reports. Ensured safe and efficient transportation of flatbed freight between shipper and receiver. Was responsible for hauling building products, customized vans, military equipment, and produce for the Southern half of the United States.
