Professional Recommendations:

To Whom it May Concern:

I am thrilled to recommend Beth Burns in any leadership and Coaching capacity. I am so willing and comfortable with putting forth a recommendation for Beth because of my vast experience in working with her over the course of several years. We worked together in team situations in the production of very large and involved international conferences for the International Coach Federation. When I was President of the (at that time) 8000+ member organization, Beth served as the Conference Chair Person...our conference attendance was well over 1000 attendees. Beth handled that (and several other conferences) with a calm and steady leadership style that included organization as well as fun and a great sense of responsibility and humor!

As a Coach, Beth has always taken her role seriously. She brings her Coach Specific training, skills and experiential expertise to her client sessions. She cares about her fellow man and wants the best outcomes for them...she is a champion for their spiritual and personal growth and a supporter of their positive relationships and prosperity. Always a person of compassion and one who reminds us all of the lighter side of life!

It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to sing her praises, especially as she moves toward something that she is excited and passionate about. You would be fortunate to have Beth as a member of your "team"...she certainly adds a positive dimension to any task.

Warmly,

Bobette Reeder

Recommendation/Reference for Beth Burns:

My name is Daniel Martinage and I am the former Executive Director of the International Coach Federation (ICF). During my tenure as CEO, I had the pleasure of working with Beth Burns in a number of capacities. One key role was serving as co-chair of the International Conference Committee. In addition to having a crucial role in deciding the conference location and venue, she worked directly with our keynote presenters – some of whom could be pretty challenging!

Beth has a gift of connecting with others. Her style is genuine and sensitive, and people are naturally attractive to her. One of the things that Beth was particularly effective at ICF was bridging the gap between ICF’s volunteer leadership and staff. She often stepped in to smooth out issues that could have developed into significant problems. She also placed a high value on confidentiality and trust. She has strong values which are reflected in her coaching approach.

I considered Beth to be a key person on ICF’s leadership team, and I recommend her wholeheartedly in any of her professional endeavors. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need more information.

Sincerely,

Daniel A. Martinage

To Whom It May Concern:,

I have been associated with Beth Burns through the coaching industry for over a dozen years. She is a consummate professional, talented at coaching and completely dependable and reliable when it comes to keep her word and getting things done.

Beth’s capacity as a conduit of the goodness in others is astounding and she is articulate and sensitive to cultural, socio-economical and racial diversity. She may disagree, but I

take a stand for the possibility that she can coach or minister to anyone that is put in her path.

Your organization would benefit greatly from bringing Beth on board. She can get any job done and will do so with humor and heart. Your place of business and what you provide, will be changed for the better through her presence.

Sincerely,

Laura Berman Fortgang, MCC
