Funding Specialist
• Process funding for weekly Dealer Customer paperwork received, update database files and customer account information to insure accuracy, and submit to Senior Specialists for report verification and final audit.
• Assist dealers with general funding questions, complaints and research/troubleshoot problem contracts/accounts. Insure dealer concerns are addressed in a timely manner, dealer contact is professional, and Broadview Security policies are upheld.
