Engineer Manager

I am Commissioning and Start up Engineer (graduated) with 28 years of experience of different processes in Oil&gas Industry, Plants completion (Brownfield and Greenfield), Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Operation. I am able to handle special and typical Oil & gas Industry equipment. A multi-discipline engineer able for Project Management Controlling (PMC) and equipment function tests, Constructor’s commissioning on-site, manage interfaces with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Operation, review the commissioning dossiers, punch list clearance and follow up site queries, supervise all pre-commissioning/commissioning activities within the respect of OPERCOM/ICAPS methodology.

During commissioning, assure that all activities such as flushing/blowing, reinstatement of piping components and local instruments, leak test, motor run-in, machinery run-in, static equipment inspections, cleaning, internals installations, box-up are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per the instructions of Commissioning Manager;

To check that the safe conditions for maintenance teams are in place before issuing the Permit to Work;

To checks the plant in each one of its systems and especially in its running equipment to identify possible troubles;

Actively participate in daily site risk analyses and safety requirements of the job.

Familiar with international design Codes and Standards, Experience of projects within debottle-neck, surface production facilities and HSE, ESD/DCS systems, F&G,C&E and more…

I have a great ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions with very good organizational skills.
