• Coordinate between Purchasing, Assembly and PD Make versus Buy strategy and plan
• Take all items from cross functional meetings and combine into a 1QDC Subject Setting Meeting to present in front of executives asking for approval to proceed.
• Conducting progress checks at periodic times in the project.
• Insure all 1QDC deliverables are attained by the due date.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering weld trial dates and quantities. Entering all MIR requests into PYMAC system.
• Making lists of trial parts needed for trials for each section and having purchasing order with a schedule of quantities and due dates.

• Creating commercial invoices for shipping parts.
• Constantly working on improving part delivery, parts receiving,
and parts flow from distribution centers to plant to line side.
• Work together with Assembly Manager to map out date, time, and quantity for pilot builds, ramp ups and mass production.
• Coordinate with production planner for serials numbers for units being built at pilot.
