In this position I am using my 20 years experience to run a multi million dollar restaurant as mentioned below, I have all the experience necessary to run this restaurant plus multi-unit businesses as I have at the convenience store levels.
Full knowledge of modern systems including the new ROP (restaurant order Proposal) currently working on new POS register systems. CSO scores for restaurant for 2010 were under 17 percent. At one point during the year ranked number 1 out of 384 drive-thru restaurants. Knowledge of info recorder. Restaurants do daily weekly and monthly food inventories. As well as monthly paper inventories required by ROP. Have implemented many new initiatives in this particular restaurant in upstate New York which includes but not limited to;
Running $1 any size coffee due to tremendous convenience store competition. Results are breakfast sales up double digits for the year, lunch and dinner day parts 2 for $4 big Macs to try to shy away from dollar menu which is very popular in the New York metro market and offering $1.99 cold or hot mccafe drinks to try to increase snack traffic and drink traffic from 2-4 pm. Promoting new management to help achieve new goals set. Responsible for all aspects of controllable P&L Line items. I have worked for 4 owner operators in my McDonald’s career over the past 20 years. Mostly because the stores were sold. My present owner operator was closer to my home.

Started out as an hourly crew employee at the age of 14, worked my way into management, and was Responsible for the day to day operations of a 1.8 million dollar store. Oversee 45-60 employees as well as 8-10 managers that are my assistants. Many operational duties but not limited to are:
Ordering, scheduling, employee training programs, profit @ loss statements generated, bonus programs, planned maintenance, accounts receivable, and many other controllable expenses. During my years with McDonald’s, I have received many recognition awards and performance awards for service to the company. They include: Outstanding store manager in region, eagle awards for store improvement all of which accounts for 300 stores in region.
