Human Resources Generalist – Responsible for all H.R. functions including:

Employment and Orientation: Placed ads and worked with agencies to find qualified candidates. Set up interviews with candidates and Management. Hired qualified candidate. Salary Administration: Researched comparable salaries to compare salaries in the area.

Payroll: Performed payroll through ADP as well as in-house for weekly, semi-weekly, bi-weekly and monthly salaries.

EEO/Affirmative Action Plan: Wrote Affirmative Action Plan and applied it to the company.

OSHA & Workers Compensation: Did all reporting for OSHA & Workers Compensation and took care of employee problems.

Training: Researched training materials and programs and implemented them.

Personnel reporting: Prepared personnel reporting for headquarters.
