Employment Counselor\Job Coach
Supervise a caseload of seventeen or more individuals with mentally illness disability, age rage 18 and up provide the necessary training for consumers to sustain employment. Act as a liaison between private industry personnel who interface with supported employees. Promotes natural support on the job and in the community to enhance independence and maintain employment. Responsible for monitoring work schedules and duties. Evaluate and plan annual goals using the current agency format in preparation for SE Annual Interdisciplinary Team meetings, chart progress, submit monthly and quarterly progress reports. Keep staff informed of accidents, incidents and any changes pertinent to job assignments or program plans. Attend staff meetings and trainings as needed.
