Successfully issued FAR and DFARS based on request for proposal (RFP) submitted to vendors on commodity, goods and or services. Coordinates with and support spares, contracts, materials management, program management and engineering teams. Managed supplier performance specifically relating to delivery, inventory levels and fill rate objectives.

• Reduced/depleted inventory $23,000,000 in 2007 by transferring excess inventory to our Spares Department which generated revenue to that sector of the business.
