Worked Under supervisor on EPCM project and support the co-ordination of all daily activities on site in accordance with the relevant corporate procedure includes safety and security requirements. Responsible for dimensional and visual checks for semi-furnished products for initial quality checks.
Title: Cost Analysis of Surface Engineered Silica (SES) (March 2010 - Feb 2011)
Organization: University of South Australia.
Duration: 1 year
Brief: Worked as a Research Assistant, assist the PHD Student During the analysis of the surface engineered Silica costing and Gained cognition in deposition process and then to apply that understanding to achieve the operating costs using the rotary Plasma reactor; deftly checked the manufacturing cost for surface engineered silica (SES) and plant setup cost and overall cost.
Role:
Involved in researching and understanding the detailed principals and worked on a plasma reactor.
Some different type of plasma reactor constructions and working also being studied.
Calculated the total cost for manufacturing 1 kilo surface engineered silica (SES).
Detailed Study of Plasma reactor i.e. R.F generator, R.V Pumps, D.C shunt wound Motors and pumping Units.

Diploma in Mechanical CAD Design.
PROJECT EXECUATED
Undergraduate Level
Title: Design a Lift to fit in the boot of a cab (Make: Ford) to lift luggage up to 120 Kilo
Organization: Unisa
Duration: 6 months
Role:
Researched and acknowledged varied lifting mechanisms, patented designs and working principles of lifting mechanisms.
Learned design principles of the three researched/concept designs finalized.
Carried out design related calculations and developed a CAD model of the prepared design.
Accomplished stress/strain analyses (FEA analysis) on components subjected to fatigue and wear and tear failure.
Developed a detailed engineering report comprising of calculations, theory, troubleshooting and error reporting.
Title: Warman project
Organization: University of South Australia.
Duration: 6 month
Brief: Design and make two prototypes, one is mechanical and other is electrical to transfer a load (at least 500gm) through a crevice.
Role:
To design both devices as per the rules and regulations of WARMAN project such as considering size and weight.
The purpose of these devices is to transfer the load through a crevice and after reload the electrical device should come back to its starting position.
The cost and time of manufacturing were the factors taken into consideration.
Achievements
Both devices were designed as per size and weight and the maximum weight transferred in one run is 5kg.
To get the least cost, manufacturing was done from the scrap.
Diploma Project
Title: Design and Fabricate a Progressive Die Tool
Organization: Indo-Swiss Training Centre
Duration: 1 year
Brief: In this project; created a progressive die tool to fabricate nine washers from a 5 mm – 1mm thick sheet metal. The die tool also able to be implicated for production of rubber and
polymer washers using fine blanking technique.
Role:
Explored and understood the detailed principals and worked on a Fine blanking and piercing tool.
Analyzed the tool requirement and problems identification.
Involved in CAD model development and model testing.
Analyzed components for Fine Element testing for any areas of extreme stress and strain bound to early failure.
Successfully completed an approximate cost of the tool to be determined, parts to be purchased and a lab.
Checked prepared prototype for working and troubleshooting to be done for any errors.
