I have a little over a year and a half of QA testing experience in the video game industry, 5 years of tech support and 7 years of call center customer service/data entry experience.

Education

From August 2005 – February 2008 I attended Collins College where I attained my Bachelor of the arts degree in video game design

At Collins I studied video game design where I learned processes and procedures of how to design videos games. In the course we covered, the process from idea and concept all the way to the finished product. I learned audio, 3d modeling, level design, story & concept design, programming, video game testing, and some producing. I also joined in on various projects while attending and after I graduated from Collins.

Industry Experience

From June 2012 - July 2012 I worked at Bioware Austin as an Endgame QA tester. I worked on the Star Wars the Old Republic mmo. On the endgame team we focused on raid balancing and mechanics as well as pvp features and general gear assets.

From April 2007-July2008 I worked at D3 publisher of America as a QA tester. At D3 I learned about the different stages of development as well as how certain issues are over came, with a hands on approach. I also had a chance to run Standards for the PSP, Nintendo DS, the Xbox 360 and for the PS3. I have my name in the credits of Dead head Fred (psp), Ben 10 defender of earth (wii,ps2, psp) (worked on psp version),Naruto ninja destiny (DS),Shaun the Sheep (DS),Bangai o spirits (DS),as well as worked on various other projects that I was uncredited in such as, Dark sector (ps3),Puzzle quest (pc, psp) worked on both, and Rocket bowl (Xbox live)
