Setting up and proving out new and repeat jobs, then handing off to junior operators.

Applying Lean Manufacturing solutions to reduce manufacturing costs and increase profit.

Introducing and implementing 5S manufacturing for reduction of time spent searching out required tooling, equipment and increase efficiency of production.

Work closely with Q.A. to ensure conformity in production and reduce the risk of non-conforming parts slipping through to customers.

When possible, arrange in-house training classes to improve operator skills and knowledge to help reduce scrap rates and improve productivity.
