Oversee and manage Nissan’s NREDI (Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative) brand roll-out program in two regions, from design intent through construction completion. Coordinating and providing in depth program requirements technical and practical support to dealers, architects, contractors, sub contractors, mandated vendors and independent providers, to reduce risk and cost, where possible while ensuring project brand compliance. Mediating on behalf of Nissan’s regional management and their dealers with Nissan’s national market representation division, to provide variance approval control.
Provide technical support to national core team on future developments with client, including additional requirements for new facilities, upgrades to existing and “on the fly” changes to facilities under construction in order to accommodate future vehicles, service equipment, parts storage, building codes etc.
Quality Benchmarking knowledge management team leader, providing in depth, industry standard best practice technical documents and presentations, revisions to standards documents, assisting with training of existing and new staff, designing and distributing Microsoft Excel based program tracking, performance measuring and dealership capacity metrics tools.

Design and project manage environmental interior and graphic signage programs. Conceptual designs through technical construction drawings and control documents.
Site surveys, commercial / retail locations, creating comprehensive proposal documents for primary, way finding and regulatory signage, retail POP and millwork fixtures, furniture and interior finishes.
Overseeing, in house, production of detailed drawings and renderings, company I.D application rules documents, for issue to customers and venders.

Production of all technical drawings, documentation of existing product from our German parent company, maintaining and cataloging engineering changes and ensuring that existing German equipment conformed to any local, state or federal codes where appropriate.

Responsibilities included product development from concept through design and testing.
Managing: - production, procurement, stock control, and personnel. Ensuring that out sourced components met engineering tolerances. Providing product training for, in house assembly personnel, sales staff and independent retailers.
Producing and maintaining all product bills of materials, managing max – min component stock levels, documenting and ensuring that any changes in design or material specifications were reflected in UL files and auxiliary documents such as handbooks, repair kits, marketing brochures etc. Documenting and implementing all changes to manufacturing procedures and methods of use. Providing technical, telephone, support for customers. Creating, for a complete and diverse product line, graphics and text layouts, for owner’s manuals.

Responsibilities included taking briefs from customers costing and submitting quotations for jobs.
Designing mechanical components, overseeing production. Purchasing of components, OEM and off the shelf. Leasing and coordinating with other contractors to ensure seamless interface in design and installation. Reconnoiter of venues, and producing overall ground plans. Creating build time lines and handover schedules for clients / production manager and ensuring that our responsibilities were met. Supervising installation of domestic and foreign contracts, including, where necessary, hiring and supervising of local crews.
