• During an eighteen-month period I custom designed and implemented a bilingual ERP system for Groupo Alpha (the fourth largest company in Mexico), establishing the materials/supply chain management departments for all eight manufacturing sites. I trained all personnel, wrote division wide supply chain policies and procedures, consolidated staff, developed and implemented supply chain strategies, saving the client over $6 million annually.

• Implemented a complete Supply Chain Network/System for TRW Automotive Aftermarket Division. The division consisted of one Central Distribution Center and thirty-two distribution locations resulting in annual savings of over $5 million.

• Improved worker productivity, manufacturing throughput, product quality and installed management control systems at BASF’s textile division; consisting of eight plants - Generating annual savings of over $8 million.

Apollo Technologies International Corp. Whippany, NJ - Corporate Purchasing and Materials Manager 1979 – 1981

Managed the purchasing and materials departments at two manufacturing sites with a $100 million spend budget for this chemical manufacturing company.

Becton-Dickinson & Company, Rutherford, NJ - Division Purchasing Analyst 1978 – 1979

Fortune 500 Medical Device Manufacturer doing $3 Billion in annual sales. I oversaw and monitored the purchasing of Chemicals, steel, packaging, plastics, electronics, vehicles, travel, MRO and office supplies for the entire division.
