Developed and directed region-wide sales training. Recruited to grow sales and production for California Federal Bank. Created comprehensive training campaign, improving sales agent product and service knowledge. Increased sales production by 50%. Recognized as top Regional Manager and awarded Partner of the Year.
Turned around previously underperforming region. Recruited and hired top leadership and sales talent at United Pacific Mortgage. Created and implemented robust, effective learning processes with measurable and enforced objectives. Developed high service standard model. Increased sales volume 20% in 18 months.
Created long-term profitable plans. United Pacific Mortgage lacked long term plan and had high turnover. Designed and implemented comprehensive five year plan for growth and profit. Organized and led meetings for all departments. Reduced turnover and achieved the highest net profit in 15 years.
Built strategic alliances. Citimortgage needed to increase its visibility and customer base. Built strong relationships in community and created in-house relationships with Realtors, increasing sales volume 21% in one quarter, and earning office and five loan officers President's Club honors.
Developed measurable standards for sales teams. Loan closure rate was low and costly for California Federal Bank. Created clearly-defined standards and guidelines to ensure quality of loan applicant. Increased funded loans to 24% and guidelines became companywide standard.
