A Multi-Utility Smart Grid Solutions and Metering Company.
Manage recruitment and hiring process for all professional positions, and established processes and tools for more efficient use of resources. Built a North American recruiting and on boarding process that includes background checks, drug test, relocation, immigration and ATS.
Moved the company away from a fully insured benefit program and assisted with negotiating company benefit packages for all US companies. Managed the downsizing of our Canadian Operations. Vital member of M&A Team and assisted with the closing of a global location, while identifying a vendor to outsource some key HR initiatives.
Created comprehensive Benefits, Safety, Performance Management and Compensation programs. Formed a NA Safety and WC Team that implemented safety programs and risk management goals to reduce costs and risks.
