Developed a Chirp Generator and integrated into a SAR radar system.
Designed and developed an Arbitrary Waveform Generator
Designed and developed an RF detector
Developed receiver protection circuitry for radar systems
Designed and developed RF diplexer to resolve phase offset issue in IQ detector
Performed phase noise tests of D/A converters, amplifiers, DDS’s and oscillators
Improved layout and design of a precision phase shifter to achieve low spurious RF levels
Performed analysis on the pulse response of bandpass filter networks
Developed a 94GHz power amplifier with bias protection circuitry, integrated into transmitter and performed airborne test.
Performed environmental testing of radar system modules
Improved receiver channel to channel isolation by applying EMI modifications
5/97 to 5/99: TRW
Developed an antenna for a remote keyless entry system.
Developed millimeter wave power amplifier modules.
Improved performance and repeatability of amplifier modules and filed invention disclosure for Waveguide to Microstrip Backshort with External Spring Compression.
Designed and implemented bias control circuitry for amplifiers and supported burn-in
