• Instituted and developed company franchise design and construction relationships.
• Authored and published 1st generation of Wyndham design and construction guidelines for extended-stay, limited service, full-service, conference hotels, resort & spa properties
• Guided multimillion dollar construction and restoration activities for high-end Puerto Rico hotels and resorts damaged by Hurricane George in time to be fully operational by beginning of high-season.
• Recovered Wyndham Salt Lake City Hotel from tornado damage and restored operations in time to provide full services for the Winter Olympics.
