Drywall, flooring, siding installation; interior and exterior framing; window installation; interior and exterior door finishing (including but not limited to staining and vanishing); operate power tools; forklift, Dump Truck, Flatbed, Small Engine repair and Propone experience; landscaping (including tree removal), concrete mix and pouring; grounds keeping, customer/client service. Roofing experience includes: Primarily shingled roofs; some thermoplastic; some EPDM (Rubber); some Bitumen: Primarily Residential Roofing.

Maintenance Solutions, Inc., Lansing, Illinois. Seasonally from September, 2004-December, 2010. General Labor Subcontractor. Interior and exterior demolition and refurbishing using all skills listed above.
