As a Deputy U.S. Marshal I worked many details with other Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies . These details included the protection of witnesses and political appointees . Other areas were to work Court Security and high threat trials. I also worked the warrant squad tracking down escaped federal fugitives . I also worked a detail in which we sent 3000 letters to known felons stating that they won 2 free tickets to the Washington Redskins GAME . Over 111 fugitives were apprehended.
