Started as Customer Service Representative. Received three promotions into supervisory construction industry positions. Responsibilities included the following but were not limited to: supervised and mentored staff, homeowner conflict resolution, oversight of all warranty functions and training, subcontractor negotiating and counseling, insurance claims processing, weekly and monthly collaboration meetings with other departments, root cause and cost analysis, and ensured that all departments were following corporate mandated processes.
