Started as Customer Service Representative. Received three promotions into supervisory construction industry positions. Responsibilities included the following but were not limited to: supervised and mentored staff, homeowner conflict resolution, oversight of all warranty functions and training, subcontractor negotiating and counseling, insurance claims processing, weekly and monthly collaboration meetings with other departments, root cause and cost analysis, and ensured that all departments were following corporate mandated processes. Left as part of division wide lay off involving the Division President’s resignation.

Started company as part of office personnel with work responsibilities including: data entry, A/R, filing, and mailings. Later promoted to Sales Associate where I marketed collection services to hospitals and medical groups. Used negotiating skills to achieve maximum earning potential for the company. Served as liaison between clients and collection agents. Resigned due to husband’s business in Florida.

Promoted warehousing and distribution services to clients around the country. Served as liaison between clients and warehouses. Other functions included: purchase order monitoring/transportation tracking, inventory control, handling of transportation claims, as well as A/R and A/P for all clients and vendors.
